ORDER
The petitioner has filed this writ petition for a Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to cancel the LCO provided to the 3rd respondent.
2. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submits that the petitioner is having arrears of Rs.83,898/-
including the penalty and without paying the arrears, he has migrated to private MSO network and he has also filed this writ petition.
3. Admittedly, the petitioner has migrated to private MSO Network. However, he has filed this writ petition for a Mandamus, 2/4 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis W.P.(MD)No.12724 of 2018 directing the respondents 1 and 2 to cancel the LCO granted to the 3rd respondent. Since the petitioner has already migrated to private MSO Network, he cannot maintain this writ petition. Therefore, the writ petition is liable to be dismissed.
6. If the petitioner is having arrears amount payable to the respondent Corporation, it is open to the respondent Corporation to claim it in the manner known to law.
7. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
