Section 13(2) in Orissa School Education (Community Participations) Rules, 2000
(2)In case the attention of the S.I. of Schools/D.I. of Schools/C.I. of Schools is drawn for action by them, the copies shall be sent to them. The 'S.I. of Schools or the D.I. of Schools, or C.I. of Schools, as the case may be, make it a point to mention in their inspection reports about the regularity of attendance of the proceedings of the school committee meeting.
