Section 98 in Rajasthan Co-operative Societies Rules, 2003
98. Execution of awards or orders in special cases.
Subject to the provision of section 100, the Registrar may, by an order in writing specially authorize and officer of the Co-operative Department or any officer of an Apex or Central Society, on an application made by it, to call for and send awards or orders obtained by any society for execution. The society or societies in respect of which these powers are to be exercised shall be specified in the order.
