Section 38(1) in The UTTAR PRADESH POLICE AND FORENSIC SCIENCE UNIVERSITY ACT, 2020
(1)No officer or employee or member of the teaching, non-teaching and other academic,staff of the University shall be dismissed or removed or reduced inrank except after an inquiry, in which he has been informed of the charges against him and a reasonable opportunity of being heard is given in respect of those charges.
