Section 17(2)(ii) in The Orissa Goshala Rules, 1985

(ii)The committee shall meet at least once every month to conduct the business of the Federation. The Secretary shall convene the meeting with the approval of the Chairman. Notice of the meeting along with the agenda to be discussed therein shall be sent clear seven days before the date of the meeting to all the members of the committee and decision in the meeting shall be taken by majority of votes.
