Section 374(2)(ii) in Bihar Education Code, 1961

(ii)The Committee shall meet not less than once a quarter. The President shall have the power to call a special meeting at any time. The place and time of each meeting shall be fixed by the President and at least one week's notice shall be given to all the members.
