445. Enrollment in the High Court.
- The mode of applying to be admitted as a pleader shall be by petition in the prescribed form and bearing the requisite court-fee stamps. The petition shall be presented to the District Judge of the district in which the applicant desires ordinarily to practise. Such District Judge shall see that all particulars are correctly filled in and shall then forward the petition to the High Court.
