(5)The Pro-Vice-Chancellor shall be a whole-time salaried officer and his emoluments and conditions of service shall be such as shall be determined by the Statutes:Provided that the emoluments and conditions of service of any holder of such office shall not be varied to his disadvantage after his appointment except with his consent.
