Section 39(2) in U.P. State Co-operative Societies Election Rules, 2014
(2)On payment of amount of fee prescribed in sub-rule(1) to the bank account fixed by the Commission or to the Election officer, the candidate shall receive the Form-K and obtain the receipt thereof and thereafter he shall submit the nomination papers along with such receipt.
