Section 21(3) in The Goa, Daman and Diu School Education Rules, 1986
(3)In addition to the holidays referred to in sub-rule (2), leave may be granted to the student only, preparing for the public examinations of the Affiliating Board for such period as may be specified by that Board:Provided that preparatory leave shall be given to the students only, when the head of school is satisfied that the courses of study have been completed at the school.
