Section 4(1) in The Tamil Nadu Urban Local Bodies permission for Erection of Digital Banners and Placards) Rules, 2011

(1)The non-refundable fee for grant of permission for each digital banner or placard (irrespective of private or public place) shall be as follows:-
Corporation area ... Rs. 200/ - (Rupees two hundred only)
Municipal area ... Rs. 100/ - (Rupees one hundred only)
Town Panchayat area ... Rs. 50/ - (Rupees fifty Only)
