Section 30(1) in The Assam (Management, Function and Responsibilities of Special School, Children's Home and Observations Homes) Rules, 1976
(1)The Committee shall consist of not less than 8 and not more than 13 members, of whom not less than 3 and more than 8 shall be non- officials as decided by the State Government. Out of the non- official members there shall be at least one lady member.
