Section 5(10)(i) in The Goa, Daman and Diu Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Rules, 1975

(i)If the Director of Education is of the opinion that any school recognised by the Board, has for any reason ceased to meet the requirements of the Board, he shall make a report of the same to the Board. The recognition Committee of the Board shall consider such report and submit its recommendations to the Executive Council;
