Section 2(2) in The Rajasthan Urban Improvement Act, 1959
(2)All words and expressions not defined in this Act have, wherever used therein, the same meanings as are assigned to them by the Municipal law for the time being in force:Provided that the expression "Municipal Board" wherever used in this Act shall be deemed to include a Municipal Corporation, a Municipal Council or any other Municipal authority.
