1. This application seeks expedited hearing of OMP (COMM) 224/2021.
2. Ms. Neetica Sharma, learned Counsel for the applicant/petitioner, has been apprised of the position of the Board of this Court. It has been clearly told to her that if she is pressing the application, the matter would be listed on a date of her choosing, subject to her taking the risk of matter not reaching on that said date in which case the next date would be fixed by the court as per its own diary.

6. The application stands disposed of accordingly.
