Section 1 in The M.P. Adim Jan Jatiyon Ka Sanrakshan (Vrakshon Me Hit) Rules, 2000
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)These rules may be called The Madhya Pradesh Adim Jan Jatiyon Ka Sanrakshan (Vrakshon Me Hit) Rules, 2000.(2)They shall come into force with effect from the date of their publication in the "Madhya Pradesh Gazette."(3)They shall be applicable to whole of the Madhya Pradesh.
