Section 403(i) in The City of Nagpur Corporation Act, 1948
(i)to make arrangements to the satisfaction of the State Government for the proper performance of the duties referred to in clause (a) or to take such measures as may be specified by the State Government in connection with any matter referred to in clause (b), or to make financial provision to the satisfaction of the State Government for the performance of any such duty or for the taking of any such measure, as the case may be; or
