21. Building Regulations.
- In the areas falling within the jurisdiction of a municipality, the rules or regulations or bye-laws of the municipality regulating the matters specified in section 20, shall be applicable and in the areas falling outside the jurisdiction of a municipality, the building rules made under the Punjab Regional and Town Planning and Development Act, 1995 (Punjab Act 11 of 1995), shall mutatis mutandis be applicable.
