Section 35(1) in The Jai Narain Vyas University Jodhpur Act, 1962
(1)Every salaried officer and teacher of the University shall be appointed by means of a written contract. The contract shall be lodged with the Registrar of the University, and a copy thereof shall be furnished to the officer or teacher concerned.
