Section 47 in The (Central Provinces and Berar) Debt Conciliation Act, 1933
47. In every case in which a debtor or a creditor is a minor or a person of unsound mind, the Board and the parties concerned shall, so far as may be, follow the procedure laid down in Order XXXII of the First Schedule to the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908.
