Section 62(b) in The Chhattisgarh Non-Government Colleges and Institutions in Higher Education (Establishment and Regulation) Act, 2006
(b)a strength of students not less than,-(i)three hundred in case of urban areas;(ii)one hundred and fifty in case of scheduled areas, girls' colleges and the areas where there is no such institution of higher education within the radius of 25 km.;
