Section 75 in Telangana Infrastructure Development Enabling Act, 2001
75. Members and staff of Infrastructure Authority or Conciliation Board to be public servants.
- The Chairman, other members and officers and other employees of the Infrastructure Authority or Conciliation Board appointed for carrying out the objects and purposes of the Act shall be deemed to be public servants within the meaning of section 21 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (Central Act 45 of 1860).
