Section 57(1) in Chhattisgarh Minor Mineral Rules, 1996
(1)Where any power is exercisable by Gram Panchayat, Janpad Panchayat or Zila Panchayat under these rales in relation to any matter, an appeal shall lie from every order passed under these rules to the authority mentioned in Chhattisgarh Panchayat (Appeal and Revision) Rules, 1995 and in the same manner as prescribed therein.
