UPON hearing the counsel through Video Conference, the Court made the following  O R D E R SLP(C) No. 15178/2021 Two weeks time, is granted to Ld. counsel for petitioner, to furnish fresh particulars for effecting service upon respondent nos.4 to 6, though fresh steps have been taken or file application for transposition, as prayed for.

Service is complete in respect of other respondents. Four weeks time, as a last chance, is granted to appearing respondents to file counter affidavit, if not filed.

List again on 04.07.2023.

SLP(C) Nos. 6112-6117/2022 Service is complete in respect of all the respondents. Four weeks time, as a last chance, is granted to appearing respondents to file counter affidavit, if not filed.

After the expiry of said period, matter shall be processed for listing before the Hon’ble Court as per rules.
