Section 21(2) in Jammu and Kashmir Nursing Council Act, 2012
(2)The Inspector shall, in accordance with any general or special directions of the Council given from time to time, inspect the institutions established by or affiliated to the Council and report to the Executive Committee in regard to the courses of study pursued and training imparted at every institution which they inspect and on any other matter with regard to which the Council may require them to report to the Executive Committee.
