Section 7(b) in Telangana Registrar General of Births, Deaths and Marriages Act, 1953
(b)The provisions of section 6, so far as it permits the general superintendence by the Registrar General of Births, Deaths and Marriages over the Registrar General of Births and Deaths shall be deemed to be omitted.
