Section 17 in The Rajasthan Indian Medicine Act, 1953
17. Quorum.
- It shall be necessary for the transaction of any business of the Board that not less than five members thereof shall be present:Provided that, in an adjourned meeting, all business postponed for want of quorum at the original meeting may be transacted, if not less than three members attend such meeting.
