Section 41(1) in The Bihar and Orissa Excise Act, 1915
(1)No licence [or exclusive privilege] [Inserted by Act 10 of 1971.] granted under this Act shall be deemed to be invalid by reason merely of any technical defect, irregularity or omission in the licence [or exclusive privilege] [Inserted by Act 10 of 1971.] or in any proceedings taken prior to the grant thereof.
