Section 9(1) in Minerals (Other than Atomic and Hydro Carbons Energy Minerals) Concession Rules, 2016
(1)The prospecting licence deed of the composite licence granted to a successful bidder under sub-rule (3) of rule 18 of the Mineral (Auction) Rules, 2015 shall be in the format specified in Schedule V.
