Section 8 in Tamil Nadu Timber Transit Rules, 1968
8. Date up to which the registration or renewal has effect.
- The registration and each renewal of registrations of property mark shall be valid only in respect of the description and quantity of the timber entered in Form IV and shall, unless otherwise stated, be in force until the first day of April immediately following such registration or renewal.
