Section 5(1) in Haryana Enterprises Promotion Act, 2016
(1)The State Government shall constitute the Haryana Enterprises Promotion Centre with Administrative Secretary to Government, Haryana, Industries and Commerce Department as the Chief Executive Officer and consisting of such other members, as may be prescribed.
