Section 7 in The Orissa Forest Shooting Rules, 1973
7. Issue of permit by Divisional Forest Office.
- Subject to the control of the Conservator of Forests, the Divisional Forest Officer may grant to any person or party-(a)a permit in Form 'A' to hunt, shoot and fish;(b)a free permit in Form 'B' for the destruction of any pest or vermin in a reserved forest.
