The Court: In terms of earlier orders of this Court, Mr. Atul Prakash Anand, is personally present in Court. On his behalf, his learned advocate tenders unqualified apology for his client's conduct with the Receiver over telephone. His apology is accepted subject to an undertaking that he shall never show disrespect to a Receiver or any officer of the Court or cause obstruction of due process of law in any manner. He shall also make a payment of 1000 GMs to the High Court Legal Services Committee, Calcutta, by tomorrow. Upon such payment there shall be no further proceeding against Mr. Atul Prakash Anand and he will stand discharged from being personal present in Court.

Let this matter appear for further consideration in the same heading ten (10) days hence.
