% 17.11.2022 Present writ petition has been filed challenging the notice issued under Section 148 of the Income Tax Act, 1961 ('the Act') dated 28th June, 2021, notice dated 19th May, 2022 issued under Section 148A(b) of the Act , order passed under Section 148A(d) of the Act and consequential notice issued under Section 148 of the Act, both dated 22nd July, 2022 for the assessment year 2014-15.
Issue notice. Mr.Abhishek Maratha, learned senior standing counsel for the respondents-revenue, accepts notice. He prays for some time to obtain instructions.
