Section 74(4) in Rules of Procedure and Conduct of Business in the Orissa Legislative Assembly
(4)On the presentation of a report under Sub-rule (3) the Member-in-charge of the Bill may, notwithstanding anything contained in Rule 79 move that the Bill be taken into consideration.
