Inadvertent typographical has crept into the order dated 27th September, 2023 mentioning the appeal number as "FMA 298 of 2020" instead of "FMAT 298 of 2020". The appeal number in the aforesaid order be read as "FMAT 298 of 2020" instead of "FMA 298 of 2020".
The aforesaid order is modified to the above extent.
The other portions of the said order shall remain unaltered.
