Section 39(2) in The Kerala General Sales Tax Act, 1963
(2)All appeals together with the interlocutory applications, if any, pending for disposal before any appellate authority under this Act as on the date of commencement of this provision shall stand transferred to the Appellate Tribunal and the Appellate Tribunal shall consider the same as if it is and appeal filed before it.
