Section 6(2)(a) in Kerala Restriction on Cutting and Destruction of Valuable Trees Rules, 1974

(a)Plants of valuable trees which are not marketable and causing obstruction to the construction of any permanent building or to the formation of any public road shall be permitted to be destroyed;
