Section 15 in The Bihar Industrial Disputes Rules, 1961
15. Place and time of hearing.
- Subject to the provisions contained in Rules 13 and 14 the sitting of a Board, Court, Labour Court, Tribunal or an Arbitrator shall be held at such time and places as the Chairman, Presiding Officer or Arbitrator, as the case may be, may fix and the Chairman, Presiding Officer or the Arbitrator, as the case may be, shall notify the parties of the same in such manner as he thinks fit.
