Section 8(6) in National Institute of Fashion Technology Statutes, 2020
(6)One third of the total members of the Senate shall form the quorum for a meeting of the Senate:Provided that if a meeting is adjourned for want of quorum, it shall be held on such other day at such time and place as the Chairperson of the Senate may determine; and if at such meeting, the quorum is not present within half-an- hour from the time appointed for holding the meeting, the members present shall form the quorum.
