Section 4(2)(a) in Jharkhand Academic Council Act, 2002

(a)The State Government shall nominate for such period not exceeding the term specified in sub-section (4) as it may think fit, not more than three persons to be members of the Council that they, in the opinion of the State Government, possess expert knowledge of examination system.
