Section 17(2) in Punjab Urban Planning and Development Authority Building Rules, 2013
(2)The setbacks around any building (other than residential plotted building) shall be minimum 6 metres or 1/3rd of the height of the building, whichever is more. However, for buildings above 48 meters height the maximum set-backs shall be 16 meters.
