Section 36 in Andhra Pradesh Logistics University Act, 2017
36. Constitution of Committees.
- Where any authority of the University is given power by this Act or the Statutes to appoint Committees, such committee shall, save as otherwise provided, consist of members of the authority concerned and of such other persons, if any, as the authority in each case may think fit.
