Section 59(1A)(b) in The Narcotic Drugs And Psychotropic Substances Rules, 1985

(b)The duplicate copy should be forwarded to the [Commissioner of Customs] [Substituted by Notification No. G.S.R. 224(E), dated 25.3.2015 (w.e.f. 14.11.1985).] of the port who will return it to the issuing authority indicating on it the date of export and the quantity exported.
