Section 30 in The Micro, Small And Medium Enterprises Development Act, 2006
30. Power to make rules by State Government.—
(1)The State Government may, by notification, make rules to carry out the provisions of this Act.(2)In particular, and without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing power, such rules may provide for all or any of the following matters, namely:—(a)the composition of the Micro and Small Enterprises Facilitation Council, the manner of filling vacancies of the members and the procedure to be followed in the discharge of their functions by the members of the Micro and Small Enterprises Facilitation Council under sub-section (3) of section 23;(b)any other matter which is to be or may be, prescribed under this Act.(3)The rule made under this section shall, as soon as may be after it is made, be laid before each House of the State Legislature where there are two Houses, and where there is one House of the State Legislature, before that House.
