Section 29(2) in The U.P. Transit of Timber and Other Forest Produce Rules, 1978
(2)The transit pass referred to in sub-rule (1) shall be in Hindi in Devanagri Script or Urdu and shall be in the form in Schedule 'A' to these rules, and legibly signed and stamped by the Forest Officer.
