Section 33(1) in The Orissa State Transport Appellate Tribunal Rules, 1993
(1)The Presiding Officer of the Tribunal may at any time during the pendency of the appeal or revision before it, visit the site or the vehicles concerned for the purpose of making a local inspection or examine any person likely to be able to give information relevant to the proceedings, after due notice to the parties concerned regarding the date of local inspection.
