The appellant has sought the information related to the RTI dated 16/01/2013 and first appeal filed on 20/04/2013 and a reply received from PIO on 25/05/2013:-
1. Whether the 11 candidates of OBC category have passed the exam. Is it true?
2. Whether candidate having Roll No. 19300095, Name- Balkishan Jakhota belongs to OBC category. If yes, then provide the OBC certificate of the same.
3. Provide the caste, caste certificate no, place of issuing of the OBC certificate and the date of issue of the OBC certificate of all the 11 candidates who have passed the exam.
4. The certificate issued to the selected OBC candidates Devender Singh and Rashmi Dogra have been investigated during the time limit. Whether they belong to Govt. of India or State Govt.
5. Provide the copy of the search report of the investigation done regarding the certificate issued to the selected OBC candidates Devender Singh and Rashim Dogra.
6. Provide the copy of the Answer key of Set A, B, C, D of the written examination held for the post of UDC Recruitment in the year 2012.
7. Provide the copy of the advertisement given for the post of UDC Recruitment.
8. What was the rank of my daughter Mamta according to the merit in the list out on 08/05/2012. Provide the certified copy of the same list.
9. What was the rank of my daughter in the OBC Candidates list out on 08/05/2012.
10. What was the total number of passed out OBC candidate according to merit list out on 08/05/2012. What are there Roll No.'s
11. What was the rank of my Daughter Mamta in the typing examination held on 27/05/2012.

12. What is the time duration maintained for the verification of the OBC Caste certificate from the date of appointment Grounds for the Second Appeal:

Relevant Facts emerging during Hearing:
The following were present Appellant: Absent Respondent: Mr. Sunil Kumar Mahto CPIO through VC M: 9419270847 The CPIO stated that the appellant's RTI application dated 03/06/2013 was replied vide letter dated 02/07/2013 and the FAA's order dated 12/11/2013 has been complied vide letter dated 20/12/2013. He informed that Ms. Mamta, the daughter of the appellant, was placed 9th in the merit list of OBC candidates and only two OBC candidates viz. Mr. Devender Singh and Ms Rashim Dogra were selected but both have resigned from the ESIC and have joined other Government departments. He admitted that verification of their OBC certificate could not be completed due to the resignation of the employees. The appellant is not present for canvassing his case/contesting the CPIO's submissions.
Decision notice:
From the CPIO's submissions and after review of the appellant's RTI queries and reply thereto it is apparent that the relevant information has been provided.
The matter is closed.
