10. Overriding effect of the Order.
- The provisions of this Order shall have the overriding effect notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in any order made by a State Government or a Union Territory or by an Officer of such State Government or Union Territory before the commencement of this Order, except as regards anything done or omitted to be thereunder before such commencement
