Section 10(1) in The Delhi Pharmaceutical Sciences and Research University Act, 2008
(1)The Vice-Chancellor shall be a scholar of eminence in the area of pharmaceutical sciences or allied areas and having administrative experience in a post graduate degree level institution of higher learning in a similar area.
